WELDONE Robotic Island
An industrial robot under your total control
Most subcontractors operating in the mechanical carpentry sector find themselves having to produce many types of parts for a few quantities associated with the same part.
It is increasingly difficult to find specialised personnel with strong welding experience
The personnel used are difficult to replace or replace
Welding work exposes personnel to wear and tear
The quality of welding depends on human factors that are difficult to control and stabilise.
Automation brings many advantages to companies, especially for hazardous, demanding or monotonous tasks. However, the thorny aspect is often still programming. How can a robot be easily programmed?
Manual guidance replaces time-consuming programming.
According to the principle of 'easy programming', this solution is mainly aimed at companies that have no particular experience in robot programming.
Hand guiding - instructing robots by hand
The worker manually guides the robot along the workpiece with the "Commander", a kind of 6D mouse, and "shows" it what to do. Thanks to the wireless connection to the command terminal, movements are converted into commands that can later be modified or supplemented as desired. In this way, it is possible to very quickly record the tasks to be performed by the robot and programme it literally in the blink of an eye.
