Our Policy

The management of Mainit S.r.l., aware of the importance of guaranteeing for its activities a level of quality adequate to the use and expectations of its customers, has been committed since its constitution to the permanent search for the satisfaction of its customers, and has defined, coherently with the general policies and strategies, a quality policy based on the following fundamental points
Guaranteeing a level of quality appropriate to the use and expectations of its customers
Identifying the activities considered relevant to compliance with contractual quality requirements, with the aim of keeping them under control;
Accepting only those contracts for which full compliance with quality requirements can be ensured in accordance with the company's know-how and resources;
Seeking out and qualifying suppliers of products deemed critical for quality, establishing a relationship of mutual cooperation and trust with these suppliers;
Maintaining a process of continuous improvement in the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
Improve the control of production processes and consequently product quality and compliance with contractual deadlines;
Improve economic efficiency;
Increase internal efficiency and consequently reduce 'non-quality' costs;
Define and implement continuous improvement strategies that enable the entire organisation to achieve the highest levels of competitiveness;
Improve corporate image;

It is the precise desire of the management of Mainit S.r.l. to communicate to the organisation the importance of complying with the requirements of the Customer and the applicable compulsory ones and to define and implement strategies of continuous improvement of the efficacy of the Quality Management System, which allow the entire organisation to reach the highest levels of competitiveness.
The growing competitiveness implemented by competitors in the context of a market increasingly oriented towards customer satisfaction requires that the following strategic corporate objectives be achieved
Maintaining and expanding market share;
Development and consolidation of personnel skills
Providing products and services that best satisfy
the requirements, needs and expectations of customers at competitive costs within the defined time limits;
the safety, accident prevention and environmental protection requirements and criteria required by law.

In order to achieve these objectives, the Management considers it essential that the Quality Policy is communicated and understood within the organisation and to this end undertakes to
Promote education and training activities regarding the applicable requirements of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and ensure the full implementation of what is described in this Quality Manual;
Involve company personnel, at any level, in discussions, proposals and audits to improve company quality;
In particular, to ensure adequate knowledge for the performance of internal audits by company personnel.
This Quality Policy is subject to periodic review by the Management in order to
ascertain its continuing suitability.
