Mainit Srl, with registered office in Torrita di Siena (SI), Loc. Stradella, 20 / A (hereinafter, "Data Controller", "Owner" or "MAINIT"), as Data Controller, informs you pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter also "RGPD") of our privacy policy and to understand how your personal information is handled when using our services and to allow, if necessary, to give consent to the processing of your personal data expressed and aware in the sections of the site where you are required to provide personal data.
This information respects and fully complies with the Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, adopted May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that the owners of processing must provide users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link. By consulting this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. It is specified that the consent mechanisms will be obvious, short and easily understandable; if the original conditions for which consent was requested should be changed, for example if the purpose of the data processing were to change, further consent will be required pursuant to European Regulation no. 679/2016.
According to the rules of the Regulations, the treatments carried out by www.mainit.it will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and conservation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

3. Purpose of the Processing
The treatment we intend to carry out, with your specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes:
to. Allow the provision of the Services requested by you, including the collection, storage and processing of data for the establishment and subsequent operational, technical and administrative management of the relationship connected to the provision of the Services and the making of related communications to the development of the established relationship;
b. allow navigation and consultation of the www.mainit.it site;
c. respond to requests for assistance or information, which we will receive via e-mail, telephone or chat through the application, or via the appropriate form. With particular reference to responses to requests for assistance received by MAINIT via telephone.
d. fulfill legal, accounting and tax obligations;
is. carry out direct marketing via e-mail for services similar to those you have signed, unless you initially opposed such processing or in subsequent communications, for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of MAINIT in promoting products or services to which you can reasonably be interested;
f. develop studies, research, market statistics; send you advertising, information, commercial information or surveys to improve the service ("customer satisfaction") via e-mail or text message, and / or through the use of the telephone with operator and / or through the official pages of MAINIT.it on social networks;
g. make customized business proposals based on the products or services you purchase, or that you are interested in browsing our site;
 
3.1 Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of the processing
The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in the previous section is art. 6 (1) (b) of the Regulations as the processing is necessary for the provision of the contracted services. The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional but failure to provide such data would make it impossible to activate the requested Services.
The purpose related to legal obligations is the legitimate processing of Personal Data pursuant to art. 6 (1) (c) of the Regulation. Once Personal Data has been provided, processing may indeed be necessary to fulfill legal obligations to which MAINIT is subject.
The treatments carried out for marketing purposes and newsletters described above are based on the release of your consent pursuant to art. 6 (1) (a) of the Rules.

Providing your Personal Data for these purposes is entirely optional and does not affect the use of the Services. The subsequent processing, carried out for e-mail marketing purposes on products or services similar to those purchased by you, finds instead its legal basis, pursuant to art. 6.1.f of the Regulation, in the legitimate interest of MAINIT to promote its products or services in a context in which the interested party can reasonably expect such type of treatment, to which it can also oppose at any time. In fact, if you wish to object to the processing of your data for these marketing purposes, you may do so at any time via your control panel, or by sending a request to MAINIT at info@mainit.it or through the mechanism proposed in the same text of commercial mails.

4. Processing methods
In relation to the purposes referred to in the previous point, the processing of personal data takes place in compliance with the principles of confidentiality, correctness, lawfulness and transparency, using manual, computerized and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the same purposes, also through the use of fax, telephone, cell phone, e-mail or other remote communication techniques; personal data will be managed by implementing adequate technical and organizational measures to guarantee an adequate level of security to the risk pursuant to art. 32 RGPD.

5. Data recipients
Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes set out in the section above, with:
to. subjects that typically act as data controllers, that is: i) people, companies or professional offices that provide assistance and consultancy services to MAINIT in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and credit recovery matters relating to the provision of Services; ii) subjects with whom it is necessary to interact in order to provide the Services; iii) subjects delegated to carry out technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communication networks);
b. subjects, entities or authorities to which it is mandatory to communicate your personal data pursuant to legal provisions or orders of the authorities;
c. persons authorized by MAINIT to process Personal Data necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the provision of the Services, which are committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality, such as MAINIT employees;
d. business partners for their own purposes, autonomous and distinct, only if you have given a specific consent.

6. Data retention period
The data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and also subsequently, for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for administrative and commercial purposes.
 
7. Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to articles 7, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 22 of the EU Regulation n. 2016/679, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation that data processing concerning him is being processed and in this case, to obtain access to the data and the following information:
 
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
of the purposes of the processing;
of the categories of personal data in question;
the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated, in particular if they are recipients of third countries or international organizations;
when possible, the period of storage of personal data provided or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
of all available information on the origin of the data if they are not collected from the data subject;
of the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling.


Furthermore, the interested party has:
the right to obtain from the data controller the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him without unjustified delay;
the right to obtain from the data controller the cancellation ("right to oblivion") of personal data concerning him without undue delay;
the right to obtain the treatment limitation from the data controller;
the right to object at any time, for reasons related to his particular situation, to the processing of personal data;
the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the personal data concerning him;
the right to withdraw your consent at any time;
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority;
the right to be informed of the existence of adequate guarantees, if personal data are transferred to a third country or an international organization;
the right to obtain a copy of the data being processed.

8. Data transfer
In compliance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, the personal data provided may be transferred for the purposes referred to in the previous section to the countries of the European Union or to third countries with respect to the European Union. MAINIT ensures that the processing of your Personal Data by these Recipients is in compliance with the Regulations.
